WHO IS CREATIVE ONE MEDIA?

It\u2019s been said that when you\u2019re cutting down a forest, you\u2019re not wasting time when you sharpen your ax. We\u2019re not chopping wood, but media-making tools are complex and constantly evolving. To be great at your job, your routine should include time to develop and hone your skills\u2014then you can get your ax back to work.\u200b<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Ministries that \u2018burn\u2019 people for the sake of the mission have forgotten this: People are the mission. Our interactions with each other, our audience, and our stakeholders should please Jesus. While He never explicitly said \u201cdon\u2019t be a jerk\u201d, we suspect it\u2019s there in the original Greek.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Sometimes we\u2019re asked for the expected and typical, but let\u2019s not be satisfied with that! Try new things, take risks, pursue new ideas and play while you work. You don\u2019t have to ask permission to innovate. Keep pushing each other! (That\u2019s just a metaphor btw\u2014no literal shoving.)<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

I was trusted with important projects from day one, I\u2019ve always been invited to be a part of varied discussions\/critiques and felt like my voice was heard, and never once was I made to feel like \u201cthe intern\u201d Also being given the space (and grace) to really grow and challenge myself, by diving into new projects or being encouraged to spend time directly on development. \n\t\t\t\t\t\tAs a mom of young children, being a part of C1M allows me to work in my gifting as a missionary with Cru and simultaneously keep open valuable opportunities to be at home with my kids. C1M gives me a creative outlet, solid community, and purposeful mission to serve.
