When it comes to seemingly black and white issues like human slavery and sex trafficking it may seem obvious what to do about them, but then again maybe not.&nbsp;<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section data-particle_enable=\"false\" data-particle-mobile-disabled=\"false\" class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-ab1eb13 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"ab1eb13\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-803d381\" data-id=\"803d381\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f539569 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f539569\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>While there is broad agreement in terms of people\u2019s moral beliefs or sentiments about such issues, the really interesting question is why?&nbsp; Why should we care to combat apparent social injustice?&nbsp;<\/p><p>This year\u2019s annual Symposium (January 31-February 2) at Purdue University will directly tackle issue.&nbsp; It will feature a debate between two prominent professors exploring which worldview best explains or accounts for our common moral sentiments and beliefs regarding human slavery and sex trafficking:&nbsp; in other words \u201cWhat Would Jesus Do v. What Would Darwin Do?\u201d&nbsp;<\/p><p>This dialogue between John Hare (Professor of Philosophical Theology at Yale) and Michael Ruse (Professor of Philosophy at Florida State University) will be available via live stream.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p><p>In addition we\u2019ll have a Cru\/IJM speaker, a former sex slave and a former porn star both testifying of their freedom in Christ from slavery.<\/p><p>This event will draw thousands from the campus, community, and surrounding region.
