Principals are often encouraged when students take initiative to do something positive at school. If you find yourself needing to set up a meeting, here are some tips to help you feel confident and prepared:<\/p><ul><li data-gc-list-depth=\"1\" data-gc-list-style=\"bullet\"><strong>Pray first. <\/strong>Ask God to go ahead of you, give you peace, and open the door for a good conversation.<\/li><li data-gc-list-depth=\"1\" data-gc-list-style=\"bullet\"><strong>Set up a meeting<\/strong>. Don\u2019t just show up. Email, call, or stop by the office to politely request a time to meet.\u00a0<\/li><li data-gc-list-depth=\"1\" data-gc-list-style=\"bullet\"><strong>Bring support.<\/strong> Sometimes it can help to have the right person with you.\u00a0 If you\u2019re a student, maybe it\u2019s a friend or a teacher who wants to be a teacher sponsor.
