Every ministry has its own way of reaching students. At Cru, we focus on a simple but powerful process to help students come to know Jesus, grow in their faith, and begin sharing it with others. We call it: Win. Build. Send.<\/strong> These three words shape everything we do.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Win<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

We begin by showing up in students\u2019 lives, meeting them where they are, listening well, and starting meaningful conversations. We call this sowing<\/strong>. It\u2019s all about building relationships and creating space for spiritual curiosity to grow.<\/p>

When the time is right, we move into winning<\/strong>, which means clearly sharing the gospel and inviting students to respond to Jesus. This can happen one-on-one, in small groups, or during a larger outreach event. Our heart is to help every student understand who Jesus is and how to begin a relationship with Him.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Build<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

After a student decides to follow Christ, we want to help them get rooted in their new faith. This starts with follow-up and basic growth:<\/strong> meeting personally, helping them understand the basics of walking with God, and answering the questions they\u2019re asking.<\/p>

From there, we move into discipleship and training<\/strong>. As students grow in their relationship with Jesus, we help them develop spiritual habits and equip them to lead and serve others. We don\u2019t just invite students into ministry, we train them to lead it.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Send<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Every follower of Jesus has influence, and we want students to see themselves as missionaries right where they are. This is what we mean by influencing others<\/strong>. We challenge and train students to share their faith and help others grow, whether that\u2019s on their own campus, in another part of the city, or across the globe.<\/p>

Through Cru conferences, local outreach, and global missions, we help students and leaders discover how God can use them to make a difference in the lives of others. Reaching a school starts with one student saying yes to being sent.<\/strong><\/p>

Cru is here to walk with you as you walk toward students. Whether you\u2019re a college student, a high school leader, or a parent with a heart for teens, you can be part of a movement that changes campuses and changes lives. \u2022 Intentionally reach out to every ethnic group on campus so every student knows they belong<\/p>
