Welcome to the Yellowstone Summer Mission! Spend an unforgettable summer in the heart of God’s creation.
This summer we are excited to offer two options for the length of the mission. You can choose to apply for our full 8.5 week Yellowstone Summer Mission, or for the 5 week Yellowstone Express Summer Mission option— both start together, but the 5-week team wraps up a few weeks earlier.
You will join a group of about 20 other college students who will work and minister in Yellowstone National Park. You’ll live in the Canyon area of the park and work as a Room Attendant (housekeeping), building relationships with coworkers from all over the world.
The environment in Yellowstone — employee dorms, dining spaces and recreation center — is perfectly suited for natural relationships to develop with your coworkers. You will learn to listen, share your story, and to communicate God’s love in numerous settings throughout your daily and weekly activities, as well as be equipped for a lifetime of walking with Jesus and serving Him. Our project orientation will be at a camp in the foothills near Montana State University in Bozeman.
