Situated on the edge of the Dinaric Alps, Bosnia & Herzegovina (BiH) is a beautiful and welcoming country. The people of Bosnia love meeting visitors, and enjoy hanging out interacting at restaurants and coffee shops around town. After centuries of tumultuous history, however, including a civil war from 1992-1995, Bosnia is a country in need of hope. The Bosnian people are considered an unreached people group with the gospel, and the families of university students we are reaching in the capital city Sarajevo, from both Muslim & Catholic backgrounds, have experienced ethnic division and terrible atrocities. They desperately need the healing and redemption of Jesus that we offer. With less than 0.2% of Jesus following Christians in the country, how can they hear and be saved unless someone tells them? (Romans 10:14)
