The warm and welcoming people of this ancient land worship in temples with incense and earnest prayers. Yet most people here have never heard the gospel. Many have never heard about the hope we have in Jesus.

As you spend time with each person doing simple vision testing, trying on glasses, you will have an opportunity to demonstrate the kindness and love of Jesus in a very practical way. On this mission trip, you will measure people’s vision using simple charts and provide new glasses according to their needs. Our vision clinic will serve hundreds of people with practical compassion while creating opportunities for sharing the good news of Jesus. This mission is a hands-on opportunity and we will provide all the training you need to be fully prepared.

When we are not doing vision testing, we will focus our time on sharing our faith, giving personal testimonies, encouraging new believers, and following up with those interested in learning more about Jesus.

We will also stretch ourselves to see how far we can go as “creatures of comfort” while serving others and stepping outside of our normal routines.

Are you ready to sacrifice some of your comfort for the sake of proclaiming the gospel?

Join us on this three-week adventure as we shine the light of Jesus where it is so desperately needed.
