Worship Arts ’25 is a gathering for creatives that desire to grow in their love of Jesus, excellence in their art, and a heart of worship.

What can I expect at Worship Arts '25?
Skill Based Training. Breakout sessions will include practical, hands on, skill based training for musicians, production members, and event programmers/planners.
Networking and Relationship Building. Students and staff will have the opportunity to interact with other creatives within Cru and other ministries that share similar interests, passions, and skills.
A Place of Rest and Worship. Student leaders will experience a place to rest from responsibilities of ministry on campus and enjoy connecting with other students and worshiping together.
Equipping to Return to Campus. Students will return back to their campus feeling more equipped in various skills and challenged to consider how they might better leverage their skills and experience for the Great Commission.
Optional Winter Conference Audition Opportunity. Students will have the opportunity to audition for the Minneapolis, Indianapolis, Washington D.C., Raleigh, and Northeast Winter Conference worship teams, receiving feedback and coaching along the way. This audition is open to all instrumentalists and vocalists.

Audition songs will be attached in the email you receive when you register, pitch corrected recordings will also be included to make your practicing as easy as possible. Information about how the audition will run as well as a Q&A will be a dedicated portion of the conference. Come prepared to worship together and bring the best you can!
Frequently Asked Questions
When can I arrive and when will I leave?
Registration for the conference begins Friday night, from 7:00p-8:00p. Please arrive during that time to get checked into the conference. You will be free to leave the conference once your audition is complete on Sunday afternoon.
What does the cost of the conference cover?
Your registration fee includes your conference cost, five meals, and two nights in a hotel.
Can I bring friends with me?
Yes, in fact we encourage it! We’d love to see you bring your whole campus band or creative team. And if you’re flying solo this year, we’d love to help connect you with others at the conference!
