As staff
If you love working with teenagers and want to invest in them full-time or part-time, consider joining staff with us! Learn to build spiritual movements of evangelism and engage in Christ-centered discipleship with students on campuses in your neighborhood and all over the world.
As an intern
The Cru High School Internship equips recent college graduates to follow Christ and make an eternal impact in the next generation.
If you enjoy working with middle and high school students and want to learn how to launch and lead a gospel-centered ministry, this could be your next step.
As an intern, you’ll grow in discipleship, evangelism, and leadership while gaining real, hands-on ministry experience. Whether you continue with Cru staff or pursue another path, you’ll be prepared to live missionally wherever God leads.
The Cru High School Internship will help set interns on a lifetime of ministry, whether they continue as a staff member with Cru or go on to live missionally in their chosen vocation.
You’ll gain:
- A deeper relationship with Christ
- Experience reaching students on local campuses
- Training to launch and lead student ministries
- Skills to disciple and equip student leaders
- Leadership and interpersonal development through coaching and team training
- Insight into Cru’s high school ministry in the U.S. and globally

As a volunteer
Teenagers thrive in an atmosphere of love and acceptance. Cru is a group of caring, trusted adults and college students who enter into student’s lives and love them with the love of Jesus. Our field volunteers meet the students where they are and help them grow into their potential.
We are also always looking for people to be Teacher Sponsors, people who will provide support to a local team, Media/Social media helpers, or Event volunteers.
If you are wanting to start a new ministry, click here to learn about our Coaching Center. If you are wanting to volunteer with an existing ministry, talk to the leader of that ministry about it first, and then, click the apply button to fill out our volunteer application.
To apply for a volunteer position with Cru High School, talk to your local Cru leader about volunteering and they will send you an application link.

Learn to reach high school students from veteran youth workers for 5-10 hours per week and get paid to do it! Available in select cities.
